All prices include all of the essentials above to get you started with your new garden room.

The electrics within your new garden room consist of a consumer unit, fully wired internally and externally ready for power supply from your property. Please Note: Power supply from your home to garden room is not included in the price, we can quote for this upon site visit. 

Your new garden room will be ready for paint if you would like to paint it. Please note that paint is not included.

If you require any additional items for your garden room, such as an extra window or more plug sockets, that’s no problem for us!
